This site describes a villa that is still under construction. Nothing on it is an offer, a reservation, or a contract.
Preliminary information about Circuit Villa 29, a privately owned unit at Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Georgia, expected to complete in the first quarter of 2027. Rates and minimum stays are not yet set.
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create any obligation on either side. If we proceed to a booking, it will be governed by separate terms provided with your quote.
Photographs were taken on site during construction and show work in progress. Floor plans are architectural drawings reflecting design intent rather than as-built conditions. Square footage is approximate and taken from the condominium plans. Finishes, equipment, furnishings and included amenities may change or be substituted with items of similar style and quality. We correct errors when we find them, and we would rather hear about one than not.
Circuit Villa 29 is privately owned and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Atlanta Motorsports Park. Track access, events, programs and club facilities are operated by AMP and its partner operators and are subject to their rules, hours and availability. A stay here includes neither club membership nor on-track driving privileges.
Attractions, restaurants and operators described on this site are independent of us. Their hours, pricing and availability are outside our control, and drive times are approximate.
