What we do with your details.

We collect almost nothing, and only what you type into the inquiry form. This page says exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

Only the fields you fill in: your name, email address, the dates you're considering, which stay you're asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. There is no account, no login, and nothing is collected in the background.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no session storage. Nothing follows you after you leave.

Third parties who see something

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Like any web host it keeps server logs, and it records the IP address of a form submission for spam prevention.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading the page requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Google Workspace receives the notification email and stores it in our mailbox.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while they are relevant to a possible booking, and no longer than twenty-four months if a booking does not follow. Bookings are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Email stay@ontracklifestyle.com and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask why.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
